Primo Custodio retired in March 2016, after a career spanning 44 years.   He held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for NBC Universal since September 2001.   In this role, Custodio was responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function on the West Coast for the Operations & Technical Services consisting of Universal Studio Operations including production and post-production and West Coast Technical Operations consisting of engineering & technology, and Universal Technical Operations.  Custodio began his career with what is now NBC Universal in 1972, holding various management positions in Employee Benefits, Training & Development, Labor Relations, Staffing, and Employee Relations.  During his tenure with NBCUniversal, he has overseen the Human Resources team through 6 significant mergers and acquisitions.

Lewis Simons is a Senior Principal Geologist and Business Center Practice Leader (BCPL) with Stantec Consulting Services Inc. (Stantec). Stantec is a global full service architectural engineering firm with approximately 32,000 employees. As a State of California Licensed Professional Geologist with close to 3o years of experience in the environmental consulting field, Lewis provides technical consulting services to various municipal and private sector developer and asset management clients that include community development, commercial retail, industrial, renewable energy, and attorney clients. Lewis obtained a bachelor’s degree in Geological Sciences at the University of Leicester in the UK, worked for a consulting firm for 5 years that included a diverse range of work throughout the UK, as well as the completion of acquisition audits in Europe (France, Spain, and Poland). Lewis obtained a master’s degree in Environmental Impact Assessment, Auditing, and Environmental Management Systems at UEA, Norwich, UK in 2001 prior to moving to the US in 2002.  His role and responsibilities at Stantec beyond the delivery of technical environmental consulting services includes building high performing and collaborative teams (from internship/junior staff, mid and senior level management positions, as well as strategic hires), business planning, marketing, and business development. Lewis is also tasked with supporting the delivery of Stantec’s technical excellence program, which focuses on driving quality, innovation, promotes a strong health and safety culture, coaching and mentoring programs, and collaboration across Stantec’s key service areas (environmental services, water, power, energy, transportation, infrastructure, and community development). Allison Payne is a Sr Financial Analyst at the Thousand Oaks commercial manufacturing plant for Takeda Pharmaceuticals. She obtained her Bachelors in Accounting from Cal Lutheran in 2021 and recently completed  her CPA license. With 4 years of experience in the Biotech industry beginning her career at a preclinical startup, Allison's expertise focuses on financial planning and models, financial close processes, and product costing analysis.

Elaine Salewske offers consulting and advisory services across a range of strategic communications, sustainability and corporate responsibility topics.

With nearly 20 years of experience at global corporations, Elaine has worked in areas such as communications, reporting, social impact, strategy and business continuity. She has a proven track record of driving multi-stakeholder collaborations that proactively address risks, create value and enhance a company’s bottom line by embedding sustainable principles into business strategy. She has also held roles at a healthcare trade association, healthcare university and a Chicago-based public relations firm serving various industries.

Elaine has been recognized for a continual focus on making a difference in her local and global communities. She currently is involved with the National Charity League Conejo Valley Chapter and the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ School of Management Advisory Council.

Elaine earned a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication at Iowa State University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in International Business. She resides just outside of Los Angeles with her husband, two children, and rescue pup.

Ram has over 25+ years in technology and joined CLU as an Adjunct Faculty in January 2023.  Ram was recently the CTO of Atalan Tech (preventing clinician turnover using AI/ML) and mPulse (conversational AI patient engagement platform) and now serve as a technology consultant and advisor to different companies. Rams's consulting practice focuses on all aspects of developing a technology platform and team. Rams has a Cand. Mag. (BS) in Informatikk (Math/CS) from the University of Bergen, Norway, an MS in Computer Science from USC. Ram also completed 3 years of a Ph.D. program in Cognitive Science at UCSD studying the brain. Ram is committed to learning how new technologies can impact society at large. Ram seeks ways to innovate in ways that reduce harm while still being a force for good.

With 8+ years of experience in marketing, Molly is the Senior Growth Marketing Manager at aytm, a market intelligence company founded in 2009. She has held several positions in marketing and client services in the market research industry since 2017. She has been on the Significant Insights Global 30-Under-30, was a GRIT Future Finalist, and currently holds a position as Director of Membership on the Insights Association West Chapter Board of Directors. In her free time, she is a volunteer Education Docent at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach and is currently working on her Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University. She is also a Hub101 mentor, The Echo Editorial Board Alumna, and worked at Cal Lutheran's Media Service department for over 3 years.
